It's a winning combination! Practise your swing with the Leukaemia & Blood Foundation Golf Marrowthon 100 Hole Challenge and help us support New Zealand patients and their families living with leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and other related blood cancers and conditions.
100 holes in one day?
The Golf Marrowthon 100 Hole Challenge is actually very achievable as the players have proved in our previous Golf Marrowthon events. You will have a lot of fun and there will be on course activities all adding to the day’s entertainment. You get to:
• Play 100 holes – in just one day
• Test your golf skills and endurance
• Become a member of the exclusive, elusive and elite ‘100 Hole Club’
To get around the course and play 100 holes, golfers use a golf cart or cruiser. Special speed rules apply to facilitate play, such as multiple balls being hit on certain holes.
The Golf Marrowthon 100 Hole Challenge golfers raise funds by receiving pledges from sponsors to complete 100 holes in a single day. The golfers aim to raise at least $2,500 each in sponsorship.
You can fundraise through our website by setting up your fundraising web page where your supporters can pledge on your behalf.
Fundraising
The target is to raise $100,000 for the Leukaemia & Blood Foundation’s Support Services programme which provides regular visits and contact, education sessions and an online information forum for patients and their families living with leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and other related blood cancers and conditions.
All the money raised through pledges and sponsorship is passed directly to the LBF.
Due to the efforts of every player and the support of our generous sponsors and volunteers, we know that we will all make a real difference to patients and families living with blood cancers and conditions.
